Growth Habit and Characteristics:
- Dark green color
- Fine leaf texture
- Low growth habit
- Adapted to well-drained soils with pH 5.5–7.5
Performance Characteristics / Adaptations:
- Great turf quality
- Excellent rust resistance
- Good leaf spot, Fusarium resistance
Establishment and Maintenance:
- Seed at 2–3 lb/1000 sq ft during early fall or spring
- Keep seedbed moist during germination and establishment.
- Expect germination in 14–-21 days at minimum soil temperature of 55 degrees, with full coverage expected in 8–10 weeks
- Mow when turf reaches 2" in height
Established Turf Maintenance:
- Fertilize at 3–4 lb N/1000 sq ft
- Irrigate deeply and infrequently in absence of rainfall
- Mow at 1.5"–2.5"
