Mixes should be seeded at the recommended rates. Soil should be worked to ensure good seed-to-soil contact. Annual ryegrass may be used as a nurse crop or for erosion control at the rate of 20 lbs/acre (22 kg/ha). The ideal planting time is in the fall, mid-October to late November. Early spring sowing is less effective. Environmental conditions, such as moisture level, will impact seed germination and in some cases delay establishment until the following year. Rodent and bird damage may be a possibility and will impact seed establishment.

Seed mixtures may vary slightly from those listed depending on ingredient availability. We reserve the right to substitute varieties of equal ecological value as required. The buyer acknowledges that acceptance of the seed herein and that the limitations described above are conditions of sale and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty and liability.
